Gotham is seeking an Office Manager for our new Palm Desert office

High-end, fast growing, full-service boutique real estate development, construction, brokerage and management firm in Los Angeles is seeking a receptionist and office manager to oversee our brand new satellite office in Palm Desert.

Responsibilities:
• Support company operations by maintaining office systems and corresponding with main office
• Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
• Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers
• Process daily outgoing/ingoing mail, packages and faxes
• Coordinate with outside vendors such as phone/tech for office troubleshooting
• Assist with administrative overflow and special projects from other departments as needed
• Appointment scheduling
• Manage office supply orders and maintain appropriate quantities in stock room
• Maintain tidiness of common areas
• Daily clerical tasksIdeal candidate to possess:
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, strong written/verbal communication skills, good grammar, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• PC skills: knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Outlook and the Internet with quick and accurate typing skills
• Interest in real estate industry (licensed agents encouraged to apply)
